A 21-year-old guy jumped to death in the Empire State Building, Authority confirms. The guy was already dead when rescuers came to the scene around 6:30 in the building. 

Since 1931, 30 people already committed suicide in this building. It is the third tallest building in the United States. Before the Tuesday incident, the last one was way back in 2006, when a man jumped off the building from the 66th floor.
