A humongous rabbit owned by model and grandmother Annette Edwards suddenly became number 1 in google today.
This rabbit is the fourth world-record, and its name is Darius. Annette Edwards showed him today via satellite.
4 feet and 3 inches from his nose to its tail and he weighs 50 pounds. He still young and still growing. Maybe a few months from now he will be bigger than the number 1 record holder.
The Guinness World Records had already certified Darius' record.

The band "Sons of Sylvia" was invited by "American Idol" to perform on the show. This band was know before as the Clark Brothers, actually their name and relationship. The members of the band are Adam, Ashley, and Austin Clark. They derived their new band name from their mother's name, Sylvia.
They performed "Love Left to Lose" in the American Idol. This song was hitting the billboard many times since it was released. They were introduced by Carrie Underwood before they made their number. The performance was stunning because of the wonderful mix of rock and country genre.
Wednesday, the Virginia Lottery or widely known as VA Lottery finally had a megamillion winner. People waited for the spectacular result, and finally it's here.
The VA lottery told the public that a ticket matched 5 out of the 6 powerballs was sold on the Bridge Street at Price's Minute Market. According to the Price's manager, he doesn't have any idea who the winner might be but he was very proud that the big winner came from their store.

A strong earthquake reaching up to a magnitude of 7.1 struck China today! The said earthquake killed 400 people and over 10,000 injured, people buried under debris are not yet estimated.
The earthquake started in Yushu country, mostly populated by farmers, and Tibetans. More than 90,000 people lived in this place. According to Gu Guohua, A seismologist, 90% of the houses collapsed and went down, though they are in low quality. Most of the houses are poorly done, with woods and bricks.
Casualties are not yet reported but missing people are on the alarm, including students in schools and office workers who are said to be buried in their offices.

The Consumer Reports magazine released a puzzling issue about the latest model of Lexus, the lexus gx460.
The senior director of the Consumer Reports auto test division David Champion said, the car is not safe according to their test. He pointed the stability control of the car is not working well. Stability controls of the SUV's that they tested works really fine and safe but with the lexus gx460, it goes to the condition called “lift-throttle oversteer". This is when you take off your foot in the gas while heading in a sharp turn, the rear end of the SUV slides toward the curve and only stops when it's turning sideways.

Polish President Lech Kaczynski died in a plane crash, Saturday. The plane crashed outside the runway of the airport of Smolensk City, Western Russia according to authorities.
The plane attempted to land four times because of the heavy fog but unfortunately they landed a kilometer short in the runway.

John Forte, a former Jacksonville police officer, was awarded with $13,156. This is the compensation claim over the post-traumatic stress disorder. He is the first Arkansas police officer who won the claim when proved that there is now physical injuries involved.
Aug 28, 2008, John Forte had a post traumatic stress disorder and another police was wounded and killed by a gunman. Arkansas authorities fought the case for Forte. Lawyers argued that John Forte was not injured physically.

Chris Klucsaritis, a former WWE wrestler and was also an openly gay, was found dead in his home in Sunnyside, Queens Apartment. Authorities found pills on the scene but the official cause of the death is not yet determined and reported by press.
Though being gay hurt his career, others said this is not the reason if he ever committed suicide.
A statement was released by the WWE saying "World Wrestling Entertainment would like to express its deepest condolences to Christopher Klucsaritis' family and friends on his tragic passing."

The latest space shuttle was launched today of Discovery and went as planned in Kennedy Space Center, Florida. 7 Astronauts were in this shuttle and won't be back until April 18. They will be working in the International Space Station in the next 2 weeks.

Youtube experienced a downtime Monday morning, 599 Internal Server Errors. It lasted up to an hour but until this moment, some issues are still going. Errors are still around the website though the servers are back.

A letter was sent to the Federal Trade Commission by ten House Members requesting to pursue an investigation to into Google's social networking service Buzz. It is because Google has been practicing automatically using e-mail address books of consumers creating a contact list for Buzz and later disclosing the names of the contacts on the internet.
The commission was also asked by the lawmakers to consider the privacy applications of AdMob, Google's proposed acquisition ( mobile phone ad company).
