Peter Lenz, a 13-year-old racer died in a race accident, Sunday. He fell off his bike and got run over by another racer in Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

He was declared dead by Marion County Coroner after suffering Traumatic Injuries. In the warmup lap, Peter accidentally crashed when another racer following him named Xavier Zayat, 12-year-old racer run over him. Xavier was uninjured.

Rescuers immediately assisted Peter putting a neck brace and began chest compressions while rushing him to the hospital. 3 hours later, he was declared dead. The last accident in the speedway that killed racer Tony Rena was in October 2003.

Peter's dad posted on the racers facebook - "Peter passed away early this morning when he was apparently struck by another rider."

Tropics are getting active in the Atlantic Ocean. Not before long, second hurricane Daniel just moved the the sea but earlier today, another hurricane is building up named Earl according to the National Hurricane Center. Storm Earl is in a minimum hurricane level.

The said hurricane is moving towards west with the speed of 18 miles per hour and the wind speed of 75 miles per hour. Warnings to various places that would probably get struck by the hurricane was posted including Northern Leeward Island and Puerto Rico. Residents from Florida, Carolina and New England are also concerned of this hurricane. Recently, the hurricane was spotted 150 miles from the coast of North Carolina.

All residents are warned to keep an eye of this hurricane, all are hoping that this hurricane will change its path and move to the open sea avoiding the coast.

Window World, a very large window replacement company, has reached their target of raising $1.5 million for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This hospital is widely known for the reasearch and treatment of catastrophic childhood diseases and pediatric cancer.

The fund raising started less than 2 years ago after the Window World company partnered with St. Jude. They called the project, Window World Cares.

China Earthquake Today

A strong earthquake reaching up to a magnitude of 7.1 struck China today! The said earthquake killed 400 people and over 10,000 injured, people buried under debris are not yet estimated.

The earthquake started in Yushu country, mostly populated by farmers, and Tibetans. More than 90,000 people lived in this place. According to Gu Guohua, A seismologist, 90% of the houses collapsed and went down, though they are in low quality. Most of the houses are poorly done, with woods and bricks.

Casualties are not yet reported but missing people are on the alarm, including students in schools and office workers who are said to be buried in their offices.

The Consumer Reports magazine released a puzzling issue about the latest model of Lexus, the lexus gx460.

The senior director of the Consumer Reports auto test division David Champion said, the car is not safe according to their test. He pointed the stability control of the car is not working well. Stability controls of the SUV's that they tested works really fine and safe but with the lexus gx460, it goes to the condition called “lift-throttle oversteer". This is when you take off your foot in the gas while heading in a sharp turn, the rear end of the SUV slides toward the curve and only stops when it's turning sideways.

A high-school brawl risen up in two different Memphis City Schools. Since January 1, 2010, the police department received more than 80 calls from the schools.

The fight was too disturbing and needs to be stopped according the authorities. 21 students were taken to the police custody, 20 are minors and 1 is 18-years old already. The fight was between girls and the reason of the fights are varying. Injuries were reported and some students were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The fights in the school is averaging and needs to stop since parents and teacher are not safe anymore. Attorney Brooks, teacher's representative, suggested for a National Security.

Polish President Lech Kaczynski died in a plane crash, Saturday. The plane crashed outside the runway of the airport of Smolensk City, Western Russia according to authorities.

The plane attempted to land four times because of the heavy fog but unfortunately they landed a kilometer short in the runway.

Number of casualties is not yet determined, some say132 but the official announcement by authorities is not yet released.

The ever popular Urban Outfitters company is said to launch a wedding brand in 2011, spring. The people in Anthropolgie, a part of the Urban Outfitters, Inc., will also be a part og establishing this new brand. It will be the new source for bridal attires for the next coming years.

A press release from Anthropologie said that many women are now getting interested with the new designs like aesthetic. It will be a new hit when it comes to wedding attires for women.

The new wedding brand by Urban Anthropologie will be offering gowns, accessories, shoes, and even services like wedding invitaions, decorations and arrangements.

In the Beatles week performance of "American Idol", Rickey Minor used a didgeridoo in Crystal Bowersox's performance of "Come Together" which gave it a very good show.

The Didgeridoo player was Ernie, a freelance Didg player. And now the focus of the audience are in the didgeridoo and not on Crystal this time.

Woods is excited in the tournament and is now gaining back the power and confidence for the tournament. According to press, he will be earning back his lost reputation in this tournament.

Woods' tee time will be in Thursday around 1:30 pm. The pairs will include Matt Kuchar and Choi.

John Forte, a former Jacksonville police officer, was awarded with $13,156. This is the compensation claim over the post-traumatic stress disorder. He is the first Arkansas police officer who won the claim when proved that there is now physical injuries involved.

Aug 28, 2008, John Forte had a post traumatic stress disorder and another police was wounded and killed by a gunman. Arkansas authorities fought the case for Forte. Lawyers argued that John Forte was not injured physically.
